Sumitomo MT SEALED Series. There are multiple types of similar looking connectors available, so i f in doubt, buy the MT 3-way Male & Female Set instead, and replace both sides of connection. 1 x 3-way Male connector, 3 pins & 3 wire seals (seals may be a different colour to the image).
