The lip is 4mm thick and the overall length is 12mm. Drill a 15mm hole and the bung will sit snug ready for welding. Ideal for welding to an oil tank, or anywhere you need an NPT connection. These mild steel top hat bungs are tapped with a 1/8"-27 NPT thread.
