Harley Davidson Sissy Bar/luggage rack for a softail. Black powder coated, with black padded pillion back rest. Genuine OEM accessory. No rips or tears in backrest. Secured on bike by rotating locking toggle on each side. Powder coating is just starting to de-laminate in a couple of places. Please see photos. Black Hammerite would resolve this issue. The rack is fully functional with no defects. Only used on a Breakout for w/e away trips.
