This is a Westland old school 23”sissy bar manufactured in the Netherlands it has been used on one trip and has some light marks from luggage straps an additional hole has been drilled into the side plates to accommodate a centre reg plate overall in very good condition but has been fitted so there are marks around the mounting points but not seen when fitted I had it on a 2015 wideglide. The width between the sideplates is 25cm and the distance between mounting holes is 26.5cm it can be fitted either on the outside or the fender rails or on the inside between the rail and the fender , there is approximately 25mm flex on the sideplates for various models of fender width
