As Per Advert Totle , Used Condition, Generally a bit Tatty , This manual has been used in a workshop Environment and as such has plenty of Stains / Marks / Evidence of Oil and Grease / General Wear & Tear , it does have a couple of the corners of the pages missing / See Photos / Still useable but maybe NOT for the book shelf
