Italjet mini bike engine, bike came as parts but engine was complete. With good compression and spark. Removed cylinder head and barrel checked bore and ring gap and found the ring in good shape and measured .20 (.30 is max .15 is new) head cleaned up nice all painted vht paint and refitted exhaust is in great condition and dellorto carb was stripped cleaned and refitted. As it stands on a bench tank starts 2nd kick (by hand holding engine with other) and idles and rev’s up nicely done 4 heat cycles fine. So classing it as a complete running set up. From what I can see the cases are oil tight and in ok condition. Rare little engine going complete rest of the part listed soon. Too many projects to get round to this one so better keeping others running with it
