Gen 2 fxcnc rearsets. Brake side is pretty good. Gear side, no shift rod and the lever bearing is a little knotchy but will work fine like that I have some the same. Ideal if you have a set already and want some spares. I'm sure if you contact fxcnc they will tell you what length shift rod you'll need, they probably sell different lengths on here.
