I’m a big fan of Shad and this tank bag was an upgrade with the phone mount, which is really what I bought it for. When your phone is inside the holder, the phone works with no problems - however, removing your phone from the case is ridiculously difficult as the phone screen sticks to the plastic and trying to remove it takes a lot of patience & effort to get it out!
