A old used steering damper for vintage motorcycles. Used on vintage racing machines Marked B & D so possibly Bentley & Draper or Beney & Dunbar, I do not know so if someone knows please message me as info is always appreciated. The edge of the handle has taken a knock and one of the knobs has broken off. It comes as photos so completeness not known snd it is sold for restoration repair I believe these were used on pre war girder fork models
